Subscriber agrees to be legally bound by and subject to all terms and conditions contained in these Terms, including as well all usage policies and other policies herein.

DoneHost Security Policy.

• - We don't retain any Credit-card, Paypal or any other payment information on our servers.
• - During the payment process, your payment information is encrypted using very complex algorithm starting from your browser until the payment process be complete.
• - DoneHost strict policy prevent any DoneHost agent from requesting any payment or login information from customers
  So, Please DO NOT provide your login information or any payment information or bank details for upon any request,
  even it seems to be sent from DoneHost.

Usage Policy

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Donehost.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Donehost.com, its agents, employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Donehost.com against liabilities arising out of:

• (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Donehost.com.
• (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party.
• (3) copyright infringement and any defective products sold to customers from Donehost.com's server.

Donehost.com intends to provide the best possible service to each of its Subscribers, it also dedicated to staying abreast of new and available technologies that will better serve Subscribers.

However, due to changing technologies, changing laws and the individual and collective needs of our Subscribers, Donehost.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or any part of these Terms at any time with or without notice.

Acceptable usage policy:

When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available, Donehost.com reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is implemented only in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers,
As long as you do not violate any other terms on that page, you are able to host and distribute files with no limitation or restrictions.

Prohibited Uses

Kindly informing you that any account breaks this policy will be terminated without notification, so respect it.

SPAM

Any site operator who uses/stores any kind of spamming software, or whose spamming activities affect Donehost.com servers negatively in any way, will have their accounts terminated without warning.

Huge Mailing lists / Mass Emailing

Huge Mailing lists are not allowed to run from Donehost.com Shared accounts, regardless of the contents or size of their messages, but 200 emails a day is acceptable, otherwise you can get VPS or Dedicated server for unlimited usage.

Illegal Material

This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material

Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Donehost.com. please contact first if you think that you may violate this term.

Hacking Tools / Shell scripts

Any software / tools used in Hacking or spying including Shell scripts, such as those that try to gain shell access or run system command lines, are prohibited.

Downloads

For packages with unlimited space or transfer, storing downloads is not allowed

Service Expiration & Renewal

Any service registered on Donehost.com such as Shared Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers and Domain names must be renewed at least 48 hours before the expiration date to avoid service interruption.
