If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Donehost, we may use your mobile phone number to send transactional messages related to your Donehost account, including mobile number verification, password reset verification codes, and critical account or service notifications.

SMS consent and mobile phone information are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.





SMS Messaging

Donehost does not send SMS marketting messages. If you opt-in to received SMS messages, Donehost would send you SMS in the following cases:


•     - If you chose to reset password through your registered mobile number.
•     - If one or more of your servers is facing a critical situation, Donehost system would message you via email first. If no response in two days, you may receive SMS from Donehost requesting your fast action.
•     - You have the option to opt-out from Donehost SMS messaging service. In this case you will never receive SMS message from Donhost, and you can only reset your account password using the registered email address.




Email Messaging

Donehost may send you Email messages regarding Offers and new services if you chose that using the checkbox in the registration page or in your profile page. In most cases you will receive only one message per week.
